A quaint little mountain cabin, with an open floor plan and a common kitchenette/living area, master bedroom, loft, and bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is furnished to accommodate up to 6, but there is not a refrigerator, so please plan on bringing a cooler for your food that needs to stay cool. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, and there are two twin beds in the loft.
The “off-the-grid” Caribou Cabin runs on limited solar power. For this reason, guests should not bring electrical appliances such as radios, hair dryers, and crock pots, as these items overload the system and can cause black-outs.
WE ARE A WILDERNESS RANCH “OFF THE GRID” WHICH MEANS WE GENERATE OUR OWN ELECTRICITY, SO THERE IS ALWAYS THE POTENTIAL FOR POWER BLACKOUTS, WHICH SHOULD BE EXPECTED, ESPECIALLY DURING THE NIGHT TIME.
There is limited cell phone reception, and there is no internet, TV, or phones in the cabins.
Pets (with the exception of service animals) are not allowed.
Although most two wheel drive cars can access the roads, this may not be the best option for those driving low to the ground luxury cars.
